Enter the cave and find a Veil blocking your way, destroy it and enter to the next area.

Defeat Corrupted Chaplain, it shouldn't be hard, and it could be easier if there are more players trying to defeat it.
Talk to Nora Linch
Return to Nora Linch and claim your rewards.
