Gather 40 Stone by Mining Boulders
Boulders can be found outside the Settlement, you will need a mining tool, you can use the one you got from a Quest earlier or you can craft a new one.
Gather 16 Tawhide by Skinning Wolves and Boars
Wolves can be found nearby, but unlike Boars, Wolves will attack you and they may surround will you skin a dead one, Be mindful or try not to go alone. Otherwise you can go more far away and find Boars.
Gather 40 Green Wood from Bushes or Trees
You can gather Bushes by simply interacting with them, or you can cut trees using an axe. You may use the axe that you got as a reward from an earlier Quest, or you can craft a new one. Trees grant much more Green Wood.
Go back to the Settlement.
Craft 10 Timber at the Woodshop
Interact with the Woodshop to be able to refine the Green Wood. Each Timber costs 4 Green Wood. So you should have enough with what you just gathered.
Craft 10 Stone Block at the Stonecutting Table
Find the Stonecutting Table and interact with it to be able to refine the Stones. Each Stone Block costs 4 Stone. So you should have enough with what you just gathered.
Craft 4 Coarse Leather at the Tannery
Look for the Tannery and interact with it to refine materials. Each Coarse Leather costs 4 Rawhide. So you should have enough with what you just gathered.
Return to Sylvia Oakes and claim your rewards.
