The Quartermaster is one of the Epic Hatchets in New World. Hatchets are one of the 11 Weapon types available in New World for the players to choose from, and are ideal for engaging multiple Enemies. Hatchets damage scale 90% with Strength and 65% with Dexterity.
Hungry sailors often try to sneak into the stores for an extra biscuit. But the risk of losing a hand was deterence enough for most.
The Quartermaster Related Masteries
The Quartermaster uses the Hatchet Mastery, that is divided in two different trees. The Berserker tree, that revolves around boosting the player's melee attacks and both thier speed and the player's, or the Throwing Tree, that allows players to take advantage of the ranged capabilities of the Hatchet.
