I crafted Pristine Dawn today while attempting to craft an Iron War Hammer. I queued up about 20 Iron War Hammers and while crafting them all one of them was instead Pristine Dawn and I earned the achievement Accidentally Craft a Named Hammer. The text of the achievement is "Randomly craft a named weapon of this type." My Weaponsmithing was at 85 and the item was GS 229, 9 Str and Hated: You generate 7.3% more threat.
