Flutter is one of the Epic Swords in New World. Swords are one of the 11 Weapon types available in New World for the players to choose from, and are ideal for engaging multiple Enemies. Swords damage scale 90% with Strength and 65% with Dexterity.
Light was her step and quick was her blade. Like bird on the wind her opponent dismayed.
Flutter Related Masteries
Flutter uses the Sword & Shield Mastery, that is divided in two different trees. The Swordmaster, that focuses on boosting the offensive capacities of the player or the Defender, that is oriented towards tanking, reducing incoming damage and boosting the player's defenses.

AnonymousI went and killed the boss a few times today and this dropped after about 4 kills. It was level 400 but did not have Luck on it, just Keen and Keenly Empowered. I'm unsure if the stats are random but it was a real disappointment, its perks are now rubbish.
Farmed it a 2nd time, same stats as before, Keen & Keenly Empowered. Useless.
