Balance of Power is one of the Rare War Hammers in New World. War Hammers are one of the 11 Weapon types available in New World for the players to choose from, and are ideal for engaging multiple Enemies. War Hammers damage scale 100% with Strength.
If the scale tips too far either way, the entire world is in jeopardy.
Balance of Power Related Masteries
